Faculty Information/Personal Note:

Doug has been employed by Southwest Tech as an instructor since 1995.The areas he has covered have been second year Electromechanical Technician students and the three industrial apprenticeship programs - construction electrician, industrial electrician, and millwright maintenance.

Doug has also done many off-campus and night classes for the manufacturing industry. As of 2007, Doug joined the WTED team full-time for customized training.

Prior to joining Southwest Tech, Doug served in the United States Coast Guard as an electronics technician, Western Electric as a troubleshooter/trainer, BarberColeman as a maintenance/design technician, and is an owner/operator of a commercial electrical contracting business.
