Biography:

Tom started his position as a Criminal Justice Instructor at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College in August 2007. Tom has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Tom was previously employed by the Grant County Sheriff’s Department and Platteville Police Department as a law enforcement officer.
