Southwest Tech offers a variety of courses that enable students to gain new communication skills or improve upon existing ones. If you desire to be able to do one or more of the following, you will find a course to get you there.

• Use verbal, nonverbal, and listening skills to improve communication.
• Present information before a group.
• Prepare job-seeking documents.
• Compose business and technical documents using a computer.
• Use design techniques to help readers better understand a document.
• Follow the rules of standard English grammar, usage, and punctuation.
