Commitment to Continuous Improvement

By participating in The Academic Quality Improvement Program (AQIP), an institution demonstrates that it meets accreditation standards and expectations through sequences of events that align with ongoing institutional activities characterizing an organization's process to improve its performance.

In May 2014, Southwest Tech will submit its third AQIP Systems Portfolio, which documents the College's commitment to continuous quality improvement.

As part of the AQIP Process, the College is required to have a minimum of three AQIP projects demonstrating continuous improvement as part of the reaffirmation of accreditation process. Southwest Tech currently has Action Plan Projects in these areas:
