Charger Community Builders
Purpose:
To broaden and deepen the capacity of southwest Wisconsin leaders to build a strong, thriving, and prosperous future for our region.
The mission of Charger Community Builders is clear: Everyone a Learner, Everyone a Teacher, Everyone a Leader. Over the course of 4 sessions, participants will use the PDSA Cycle – Plan, Do, Study, Act to engage in a plan that involves community change. Students will start off learning about themselves and what drives change in their communities. Then as they work through the Change formula, students will learn about Relational Networking and how to overcome Resistance. Students will leave the class with a well planned strategy and the confidence to make positive change within their community.
