Southwest Tech Student Delivers Free Resources To Those In Need
Paige Johnston, a student in the Nonprofit Leadership program at Southwest Tech, has been busy this summer. She bought a camper, but instead of camping she started The Boundless Trailer, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Through the trailer, Paige helps combat poverty and assists when natural disasters strike. She offers support and distributes everyday items, such as clothing and toiletries to those in need.

Clay target team wins spring conference season
It was another successful season for the Southwest Wisconsin Technical College Clay Target Team. The team recently completed the spring season in the Large Team division of the USA College Clay Target League, taking first place. There are 48 colleges included in the six conferences.
“The spring season went great,” said Matt Schneider, co-coach and advisor. “We had 24 athletes who competed, and this was one of our most cohesive spring seasons. Our fall season is our bigger season, with travel, and spring seems to be smaller and more low-key. This group did not see it that way and competed hard for that conference championship. Dan (Imhoff), Mia (Hillebrand), and I are very proud of the effort they all put in.”
