Why did you choose the program?
I always wanted to do something with electricity and enjoy the outdoors. I knew a lot about this trade beforehand and decided it was a good fit for me.
What have you enjoyed about your Southwest Tech experience?
I really enjoyed attending a school that strives to set students up for success. My instructor, Joe Randall, has helped me with anything I needed throughout the process.

What will be your job title and responsibilities?
I will start as an Apprentice Lineworker. My responsibilities will be to maintain and construct overhead and underground systems for Scenic Rivers Energy Cooperative as I work towards a Journeyman Lineman.
