Job responsibilities:
• Performs basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products
• Participates in Service Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge
• Learns John Deere and competitive products
• Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
• Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
• Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
What are you looking forward to in your career after graduation? I am looking forward to learning much more about the agricultural industry, and learning more about the equipment. I am also looking forward to helping farmers and making repairs to their equipment to the best of my ability.
What did you enjoy about Southwest Tech? What I enjoyed most about SWTC is the hands-on learning, I think it prepared me well for the career that I’m about to begin.
