How did Southwest Tech prepare you for your current position? My amazing instructor, Sondra Ostheimer, got me very prepared with all of the needed classes to be successful in my career.
Why did you choose your current field? I was in an office setting for about eight years before I chose to stay home with my four children and run a home daycare. I decided I missed the office setting, and now that my kids will all be in school, there was no better time to get my degree and get back into the office setting.
What advice would you have for younger students who are thinking about their future? Strive to do your absolute best in anything you set out to do. Work hard and set your goals high, you have nothing to lose. Enjoy every minute, time goes way too fast!
