Southwest Wisconsin Technical College faculty and staff have been on a multi-year journey to raise and innovate the student experience (Project RISE).

This webpage will provide information on the transition from our current student information system to our new system.

    The current student information system will be down from 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 24 until the new student information system is turned on Jan. 30. You can access your MySWTC student portal during this outage, but it will be read-only and not change.

    • What will be removed?

      The navigation items circled in red below will be removed. Those items include:

      • Edit Profile
      • Registration
      • My Documents
      • Credit Agreement
      • My Financial Aid
      • My Bill

    • What will remain the same?

      Everything else will stay active including links to:

      • Schoology
      • SWTC email
      • Accessing textbooks
      • Viewing your schedule
      • Requesting a transcript
      • Making an appointment
  • Phase 2: Go-Live with the new ERP student-system

  • On Tuesday, January 30, we will launch the new student portal, and the functions listed above will again be accessible. We are very excited about the improvements we are making.

    Please read all Project RISE emails, as we will share important information, resources, and reminders in the coming weeks.
