When and how to register


  • January 3 - Registration Closes for Spring classes starting January 13
  • March 7 - Registration Closes for Spring 8-week classes starting March 17

Registration for SUMMER and FALL 2025 coursework will open as follows:

  • March 17 – Veterans Registration Begins
  • March 18 – Continuing Students Registration Begins
  • March 31 – New Students Registration Begins
  • April 21 – Waitlist Students Registration Begins
  • May 5 – Dual Enrollment Students Registration Begins
  • May 5 – Open Enrollment

Fall 2025 Registration closes on Friday, August 8 at 4:00 p.m.

Program Student Self-Registration

  1. Log in to your MySWTC Portal.
  2. Sign your credit agreement and edit your profile.
  3. Click on “Registration” on the left hand side to register for our courses.
    • Find out what classes you should register for by viewing the class list. This can be found when clicking on "Show Courses By Program" within the Registration Portal.
