Medical Coding Into Health Information Technology
The Medical Coding program prepares you for employment as an entry-level coding specialist in a health care facility. You are taught the application of diagnosis and procedural codes for medical documentation. Upon completion of the Medical Coding diploma, all credits can be applied toward the Health Information Technology degree.
Technical Diploma
A diploma is a set of course taken from an already approved degree that provides you with a set of specific skills to prepare you for a job in demand by local employers. All credits earned in the diploma can be applied to the degree.
