Return via Shipping

Prior to shipping your device back to the College, please review this information.

  1. Save information to OneDrive!
    Upon its return Information Technology Services (ITS) will wipe the device clean. All files on the device will be deleted permanently. Please refer to the Start Guide.
  2. Mail your device by January 10

To Ship The Equipment

Ship the device and power adapter to the address below to return your laptop via mail.

  • While not required, we recommend that you send the device back using the original box and packaging material.
  • Place shipping insurance on the device for a value of at least $1,000.
  • You do not need to mail it next day or overnight.
    Those shipping options are more expensive and not necessary.

There may be a $50.00 wear and tear fee; please take some time to clean up your laptop before returning the device. Also, please refer to the What is the Cost section of the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) webpage.
